We want you to be happy with OnToolsAI. This policy explains when refunds are available.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Email us at hello@ontoolsai.com with your order details. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
The free tier of OnToolsAI is provided at no charge and is not eligible for refunds.
