The Service offers a free tier with limited messages per month. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are available and provide additional features as described on our pricing page. Free tier limits are enforced per device via browser storage.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. OnToolsAI does not directly handle or store payment card information.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Messages generated by OnToolsAI are produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before sending it to customers. OnToolsAI does not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of any generated message for your specific situation.
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. Messages generated by the Service are provided for your use. The OnToolsAI brand, interface, and codebase remain the property of OnToolsAI.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnToolsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
